Volunteer on Saturday July 24, 2021 for the 7th Annual All American Grand Bash. Supporting WVU Medicine Children’s, Operation Welcome Home, the Hoss Foundation, and Mission For Miracles.
Dress code for this event is casual and comfortable, especially comfortable shoes. Leggings or athletic wear is acceptable. Please do not wear anything with profanity.
Volunteers must provide own transportation.
There are multiple shifts available for volunteers. Please reach out to Ashley@missionformiracles.org with the shift you're interested in:
- Admissions, Etc. (ALL DAY) -- 9:30am – 7:15pm
- Admissions, Etc. (EARLY) -- 9:30am – 2:30pm
- Raffles, pull tabs, etc. (ALL DAY) -- 9:30am – 7:15pm
- Raffles, pull tabs, etc. (EARLY) -- 9:30am – 2:30pm
- Food Service and Drinks (ALL DAY) -- 11:30am – 5:45pm (limited number of volunteers needed)
- Food Service and Drinks (EARLY) -- 11:30am – 2:45pm (limited number of volunteers needed)
- Admissions, Etc. (LATE) -- 2:15pm – 7:15pm
- Raffles, pull tabs, etc. (LATE) -- 2:15pm – 7:15pm
- Food Service and Drinks (LATE) -- 2:30pm – 5:45pm (limited number of volunteers needed)
Current CDC COVID safety protocols must be followed and will be determined based on the nature of the volunteer work. Please be prepared and bring a mask.
