THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO VOLUNTEER !!
Libera, https://www.liberawv.com a nonprofit that empowers teens and women to live in freedom, is holding a rappel off the roof fundraiser on July 23 & 24 at the Monongahela Building, 235 High Street, Morgantown. We are raising funds for our programs for at risk West Virginia youth.
There are three ways to volunteer:
1. Volunteer to help with registration, logistics, etc. No experience necessary. 5 to 9 hours available, July 24, 9am to 5pm.
2. Volunteer as a ropes volunteer on the rooftop. No ropes experience necessary, but preferred. Over The Edge experts provide training. 4-7 pm training on Friday, July 23 with a chance to rappel if you want. 9am to 5pm July 24 serving on the rooftop with OTE ropes experts.
3. Rappel and fundraise! Libera is seeking people who will raise $1000 (think businesses, professors, classmates, service organizations, etc. to raise funds) to Go Over The Edge! Everyone who raises $1000 will have the opportunity to go Over The Edge on July 24. You will be assigned a rappel time that will take about an hour that day. Plus you will have volunteer hours in fundraising and networking.

Current CDC COVID safety protocols must be followed and will be determined based on the nature of the volunteer work. Please be prepared and bring a mask.
