Description

This event is a kids' fishing competition and we need volunteers to measure and record fishes caught by the participants. Volunteers will be stationed around the pond, equipped with clipboards, and fish measuring devices. When a competitor catches a fish, the volunteer will identify the species of fish (bass, bluegill, crappie, and mostly trout) measure the fish and record the length and the participants registration #. Volunteers are also required to remind participants on the rules. Touching fish is required. Dress appropriately for the weather. Everything else will be taught before the event begins.

Volunteers must arrive by 9am for training. Driving time is added to your volunteer hour totals.
