Chestnut Ridge Park and Campground

We strive to enrich experiences for citizens of Monongalia and surrounding counties by providing a safe, welcoming park and open year round recreation facilities and programs to enhance our guest's physical, mental, and social well-being.

We are a County Regional Park that accommodates a diverse demographic of recreation participants and campers. We have cabin rentals, tent camping areas, and RV rental sites available. We also have 3 pavilions and a dining hall, and are working on opening a nature center. 

Our recreation spaces include day use areas with various playground equipment, two fishing ponds, a swimming area (summer) and a sled riding hill (winter). 

We are actively looking to improve the park and develop more programs to get the community outside, active, and involved together.
