We are seeking volunteers to help with a fundraiser to support the Arnettsville Community Center. Dinner will be provided.
Schedule:
3-6 pm - Setup (tables & chairs, raffle basket table, organizing food table & cutting desserts, etc.)
6 pm - Dinner is served buffet-style (help monitor and carry trays, etc.)
7 pm - Drawings start (volunteers can eat at this time if not earlier - will also need some help with drawing)
9-10 pm - Cleanup
Location:
The event will take place just down the road from Arnettsville Community Center at PopATop Tavern, in a large event room off the right side of the building with a separate entrance. Volunteers who are under 21 are not allowed access to the bar area. The physical address is 4135 Fairmont Rd, and it is about 8.5 miles south of the Morgantown Mall on Route 19 (on the left side). Volunteers are encouraged to carpool.
