Who We Are

The Arnettsville Community Association (ACA) is an all-volunteer, 501c(3) nonprofit organization that operates a community center in the former Arnettsville Elementary School in southern Monongalia County under a partnership with the Morgantown Public Library.  The Library owns the community center building and operates a branch library from that location, while ACA is responsible for maintenance and heat and coordinates programs and services addressing the need of children, seniors, and the larger community.
