Join Scott's Run Museum and Trail and Scott's Run Resonance Project Scott's Run Street Fair for a full day of activities including live music, a parade, a KIDS area with fun kid activities , food, vendors and the 60th Anniversary of the Voting Rights Act exhibit, a Community Mural to paint and more!
It will not feel like volunteering because you will be enjoying this Street Fair while help these valuable non-profit organizations with these important event in historic Osage.
Live music begins at 11:00 am and the parade is at noon with
Parade Marshall Lou Birurakis. The Community Mural, designed by Eddie
Spaghetti Art, activity is from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Paint is from the
Monongalia Count SWA Community Paint Reuse Program. Anyone at the Street Fair
can participate so you can participate too as a volunteer or while enjoying the fair!
The Monongalia County SWA is a sponsor and helping with the preparation and we need volunteers to help our Community Partner for this event.
Volunteers will help the Executive Director of Scott's Run Museum and Trail with:
- Setting up tables, displays, and areas
- Help in the KIDS area during the day
- Assist as needed at other areas like the Voting Right Act Exhibit, with the parade, music, vendors and community mural area
