The Coopers Rock Foundation has organized a tree-planting day with First Energy. All are welcome to join the effort to plant 500 trees at the site of a 2015 tornado and ensuing timber salvage harvest. These efforts will help the site recover and return to forest. Volunteers may work part or all of the 6 Hours. Dress for the weather, for getting dirty — and wear boots.
