You do not need to work the full time, you will sign in and sign out when you arrive and leave. Come when you're available.
Throughout this entire semester we are collection school supplies to send overseas to countries that do not have access to school supplies. These supplies will be assembled into packets that will be sent overseas. Our goal is to assemble 3,000 school supply kits. The country that will receive these items will most likely be Liberia. Volunteers can participate in one of two ways. (1) By donating school supplies or (2) by signing up to come to our packing event to assemble the school supply kits.
If you would like to volunteer with the first option. You can donate any of the items listed below. Based on Iserve rules, you will receive 1 community service hour per $25.08 spent. For ease of use, we have also created an Amazon registry to purchase items. Items bought on this list will get shipped to the CMA Church of Morgantown. You can turn in the school supplies either during the event or at the CMA Church of Morgantown during business hours (Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 4:30pm). The address for the CMA Church of Morgantown is 308 Elmhurst Street, Morgantown WV. On the registry, ignore how many items it says we need or if an item has already been purchased. That is not accurate.

If you would like to volunteer using the second option, all you need to do is sign-up for this event and show up the day of. This will be held in the Rec Center on one of the courts upstairs. Nothing else is required. We will have you sign in and sign out when you arrive so do not worry if you cannot stay for the entire 4 hours.
