The All American Grand Bash is our signature philanthropic event held at the Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center that raises funds in support of fantastic organizations making a difference in our community and beyond. Since 2014, this annual event has drawn nearly 25,000 participants from 32 states and helped raise over $1.7 million dollars.
This highly sought-after event is filled with prize cash drawings, luxury vehicles, ATVs, sports memorabilia, the latest hunting and fishing gear, and live entertainment.
Volunteers will help in a variety of ways.
- manage the attendee entrance
- sell raffle tickets and pull-tabs
- monitor the food and beverage lines
- set-up and tear-down
- etc.
