Description

A championship-level disc golf course is being built through 71 acres of forest near the Day Use Parking Lot of Coopers Rock. Much of the work is clearing brush and undergrowth (not large trees),  but there’s also construction of tee-pads and installation of baskets. The course will have 18 baskets and a beginner course will have 6 more. Volunteers will work at Coopers Rock under the direction of members of The Mountain Goats Disc Golf Association. The Coopers Rock Foundation is recruiting and crediting your service hours afterwards.

Work sessions from 10-1 on 9/26, 10/3, and 10/10.
