In this training, we will define the scale of the crisis of body image stereotypes especially as it pertains to eating disorders, self-esteem, and the associated mental health issues.
We will address the difference between body neutrality and body positivity and help you understand tools for unlearning, questioning, and overcoming the prevailing beauty standards. You will leave with some concrete actions and resources to support you with the continuation on your journey to self-love. Body neutrality may or may not be for you, however by learning more about it and reviewing all the additional material covered in this course, an informed decision can be made and small shifts will end up making a big difference.
