The Monongalia County Quick Response Team (QRT) is teaming up with the community and businesses to hold the first SAVE A LIFE event on September 25. QRTs across the state are participating in this event. The QRT will set up stations at locations across the county, offering free Narcan training and distribution, as well as other information about services and community organizations that want to help those with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Volunteers can provide training, wave, hold signs, and reduce stigma! This specific iServe event is being promoted by the WVU School of Public Health Delta Omega Honorary Society.
When: September 25th from 10am-5pm

HOW TO PARTICIPATE & RECEIVE CREDIT:

*** If you do not follow ALL of the instructions you will not receive service credit
- Please have an active iServe account before participating
- Register for this event using your iServe account
- Email moncountypfs@gmail.com to sign up for a spot and location
- Email hmlayman@mix.wvu.edu with proof of participation (photo, signed document, etc.) for 4-7 hours of service credit
- All hours will be approved by October 31st
