WVU Social Action Clinic is proud to present Colton Nichols' social action project, "Policy of Pride; Advocating for LGBTQ+ Affirming Policies" panel with changemakers within the LGBTQ+ in West Virginia.
The goal of the event is to provide a framework so that members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies can advocate for pro-equality issues.
Participants attending the event will learn what to advocate for if they were ever put into a room with a lawmaker about these pertinent policies. Attendees will also gain a better understanding of the modern fight for LGBTQ+ Rights.
