The Office of Undergraduate Research (UGR) is organizing its 12th Annual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium, in a virtual format this year due to Coronavirus pandemic. The event is an opportunity for undergraduates throughout the state of West Virginia to present their research and creative endeavors that they have worked on over the summer.
The UGR would like to invite graduate students from different fields to volunteer as judges for Oral and Poster presentations at the Symposium.
The symposium is expected to open at 11:00 am (EST) on Thursday, July 23, 2020. Judges are expected to evaluate presentations in the opening day from 11am to 2 pm.
