Empty Bowls is holding it's second, annual Spring Gala, and we seek volunteers to help make this a successful fundraising event. The money raised at the Spring Gala will help to support the more than 20 agencies working directly with our food insecure neighbors in Monongalia County. We are seeking 5 volunteers to help with the Gala in the following positions:

One volunteer with a pickup or similar vehicle to help transport auction items from the EBM office (Westover) to Erickson Alumni Center morning of June 1; will take ~2 hr.

Two volunteers selling tickets for games, and later helping to display auction items.

Two volunteers to help with the games & silent auction.
Volunteers helping the evening of the Gala:

Plan to arrive no later than 5:30 pm

dress should be business casual
-
volunteers will be able to partake of the Gala entrees (Salad, Chicken Madison - stuffed with cornbread, apricot, sundried cranberry, with Maple Supreme Sauce; Portabella Mushroom Ravioli with roasted red pepper cream; Grilled mixed vegetable; roasted potatoes) and dessert.
