On January 15, 2018, WVU Tech will be doing community service for the area of Beckley. We are seeking students who want to make a difference in the lives of those in their campus community and beyond.
Service will take place from 9 AM to 1 PM in various areas in uptown Beckley. Dress for cold weather, and be prepared to change lives!
Volunteers should report to Carter Hall Auditorium at 9 AM on Monday, January 15.
Project sites include:
- One Voice/House of Worship
- Youth Museum of Southern WV
- Women's Resource Center - Shelter
- Women's Resource Center - Tickety Boo Shop
- Raleigh County Community Action
- Community Transformation Project
- Piney Creek Watershed
