WVU upperclass students, faculty, or staff members are requested to assist with the Eberly College Convocation happening at the Mountainlair on Monday, August 14th.
When: Volunteers should report at 10:30am to assist with set up and get assignments. Students and faculty from all Eberly departments will arrive between 11:45 and noon, and we will start packing things up at 2:00 pm.
Where volunteers report: the Mountainlair Green—if we have rain, we’ve been told we can use the Mountainlair ballrooms
What to wear: Khaki pants or shorts and a WVU shirt (preferably dark blue). Volunteers may wear an Eberly College polo (that they may keep!) if you email your size to Jessica Queener (see below) before Monday.
