April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). The goal of SAAM is to raise public awareness about sexual violence and to educate communities on how to prevent it. We need students to assist with food tables and set up for the screening of Audrie & Daisy.
This film is being shown to increase student awareness of sexual assault issues. The film is about three cases of rape and the way that society treats the victims of these crimes. The documentary follows their outcomes through time, social media, court documents and police investigations.
