WVU students will create friendship bracelets for the Mon County Child Advocacy Center to provide comfort, encouragement, and a sense of connection for children experiencing difficult circumstances. Through this act of service, students will foster empathy, practice intentional kindness, and contribute to creating a supportive and caring community for local youth.
The mission of MCCAC is to advocate for children who have been abused or encountered other adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) by providing a child-friendly and safe environment where children and their families can be interviewed, supported, and healed.
