Are you an EXPH student?
Looking for EXPH students to assist with a Dining with Diabetes class being offered by WVU Extension. There are four upcoming classes, and you may choose to assist with one or more. Your role will be to lead participants through about 20 minutes of gentle exercise. Most participants in this program are older and lead sedentary lifestyles. They are interested in things like chair yoga and Tai Chi. Volunteers will be reimbursed for travel time.
Class 1: Wednesday, March 18, 12 pm
Class 2: Wednesday, March 18, 5:30 pm
Class 3: Wednesday, March 25, 12 pm
Class 4: Wednesday, March 25, 5:30 pm
