We are looking for volunteers to help with our annual WVU Medicine Children’s Gala setup. We will be at the Morgantown Event Center which is connected to the Waterfront Hotel.
Volunteers will help with us with bringing in decorations, supplies and setting up and organizing the event. There will be some physical labor work but we can take all volunteers. Volunteers can work partial shifts or entire shift. Volunteers should dress comfortably, some may be helping bring things from outside to inside so you may want to dress in layers or for the weather. Parking will be open while space is available. We do ask if volunteering with friends that you try to carpool.
NOTE: We request that you inform us immediately if your schedule or plans change as we depend on all volunteers who sign up to show and be available to work hours as originally agreed upon.
