We are looking for volunteers to help with our annual WVU Medicine Children’s Gala. The gala is a high end event for our friends on Saturday, February 11. Volunteers will help with registration, seating guests, help with auction items and more. A meal will be provided for volunteers. We do ask that volunteers work the entire shift as it is hard to coordinate if people are coming and going. Parking will be open while space is available. We do ask volunteers to carpool if volunteering with friends.
Dress Code: Comfortable dress shoes (no sneakers please); Black slacks or skirts to the knee (no jeans please); White or light color dress shirt (no sleeveless tops please).
Volunteers should enter through the main Waterfront Hotel entrance. Once inside make a left and walk until you see a sign for coat check. Wait at the coat check area and someone will meet you.
NOTE: We request that you inform us immediately if your schedule or plans change as we depend on all volunteers who sign up to show and be available to work hours as originally agreed upon.
