Deckers Creek Half Marathon

Friends of Deckers Creek is searching for volunteers to help with its Water Stop for the Deckers Creek Half Marathon.

FODC staff will be leading the station, and we need 4-5 individuals to help us fill up cups and hand them out to runners. This is a fun and very easy way to earn volunteer hours. 

Date: Saturday, June 2nd, from 8:30 am to noon
Location: Behind Sabraton Station along the Deckers Creek Rail Trail: 1632 Deckers Creek Blvd., Morgantown, WV 26505; Free Parking.

Inclement Weather Plan: The event will be taking place rain or shine. In the event of a major weather event (thunderstorm and so on), we can take shelter in Sabraton Station or CVS.
