Volunteers are needed to help with a gift basket bingo fundraiser to support the Arnettsville Community Center. Lunch will be provided. Personal transportation is required, but carpooling is encouraged!
Event schedule and tasks:
11:30 am to 12:30 pm - Help with setup
12:30 to 1:15 pm - Doors open (during this time, volunteers will rotate between eating lunch and directing parking)
1:15 to 4:30 pm (estimated) - Early bird and regular bingo (tasks include writing bingo numbers on board as called, checking boards, walking prizes to winners, and floating to help as needed)
4:30 to 5:00 pm - Help with cleanup
