The West Virginia Botanic Garden is once again hosting its annual fundraiser at the Terrace at Tibbs Run. Join us for “Sunflower Serata " Garden Party August 11th 4:00 to 7:30 p.m.
This whimsical, artistic event will feature delicious food, a specialty drink, live music, and live and silent auctions.
LOTS OF VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED to make this event a success and provide this experience for the members and guests. We need volunteers for:
- Set up -
- Registration Table
- Greeters
- Silent Auction set up and monitoring
- Live Auction assistance
- 50/50 ticket sales table
- Food and drink servers
- Bartenders - wine, beer, tea
- Bartenders for the "specialty cocktail"
- Breaking down/clean up
We are looking for MANY volunteers in each area to help with various tasks.
