Preservation Alliance of West Virginia (PAWV)

The Preservation Alliance of West Virginia (PAWV) is the statewide, grassroots, nonprofit organization devoted to historic preservation. PAWV uses historic preservation as a tool to promote community development through educational outreach, training in historic preservation skills, heritage tourism development, advocacy, and direct services programming.

The Preservation Alliance of West Virginia helps individuals and organizations in preserving and re-using historic resources through its Preserve WV AmeriCorps program, its WV Endangered Properties program, and other technical assistance initiatives.
