Who We Are

Our WVU Peer Advocates will be holding awareness events on campus to end sexual assault and power-based personal violence. These interactive events not only spread awareness but also educate students about their Title IX rights, reporting options, and confidential resources.

Events will include tabling, helping WVU students sign the It's On Us pledge, participating in Title IX training, and much more! If you would like to volunteer or get involved with the program, sign up for a need or email peeradvocates@mail.wvu.edu.

	Take the PRT to Health Sciences Campus, cross Van Voorhis Rd at the light across from the PRT and enter the Suncrest Building located between Starbucks and Applebee's.
	While we are open everyday, there are a variety of ways to reach us! You can call The Division Campus Engagement and Compliance at 304-293-5600 Monday-Friday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm. To set up a Title IX Training, receive more information about the WVU Peer Advocate program, or get involved, call 304-906-9930 to speak to Cortney Simmons, Assistant Director of Prevention Education and Youth Protection. The Title IX office also has anonymous employees who can assist with options and resources on and off campus.
