Mountaineer Spay Neuter Assistance Program

M-SNAP is an ALL-VOLUNTEER, non-profit created to make zero companion animal euthanasia a reality targeting one of the main obstacles for caregivers to fix their animals - the expense.

M-SNAP works with 13 local Veterinary Clinic who make it financially possible for M-SNAP to provide assistance to spay or neuter intact dogs and cats living in Monongalia County.
                     

M-SNAP promotes spay/neuter as the only solution to pet overpopulation by issuing spay/neuter vouchers to residents of Monongalia County who honestly need our help and by providing education and public awareness.
