Who We Are

LVMPC has been in operation for over 30 years. Our main goal is to empower both native English speakers and English Language Learners by giving them the instructional support they need.

What We Do

LVMPC offers free and confidential one-on-one tutoring, weekly group classes, monthly literacy-based clubs, and more to those who want to improve their abilities to read, write, speak, and listen.

	The LVMPC main office is located on the third floor of the Monongahela Building in downtown Morgantown. The building is next to the Courthouse Square and across the street from the Dollar General on High Street.
	LVMPC office hours are Monday - Thursday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. All meetings are by appointment.
