The Maddox Potter Foundation

The Maddox Potter Foundation was created to honor the life and legacy of Maddox "Mad Dog" Potter, a passionate junior golfer from West Virginia who bravely battled Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma - a rare and underfunded pediatric sarcoma.

We provide financial support to families affected by a pediatric cancer diagnosis, support innovative sarcoma research, and encourage the growth of junior golf programs.

Guided by Maddox's wish to make sure "someone, somewhere, learns something", the Foundation is dedicated to filling the severe funding gap that exists in childhood cancer research - particularly for rare and aggressive diseases.

Through partnerships, fundraising events, and youth engagement programs, The Maddox Potter Foundation is transforming loss into action. We are determined to change the outcome for children currently fighting and for those whose fight is yet to begin.
