WVU Esports Skill & Development Club

Our mission is to provide a welcoming outlet for students to immerse themselves in the industry of esports. Our organization’s meetings are centered around enriching our students with the knowledge necessary to navigate the esports industry efficiently and effectively through open discussion, portfolio preparation, analysis of industry trends, and guest speaker presentations. The events hosted by this club provide a hands-on experience for students to learn about the industry's event production and management side by offering opportunities for students to engage with WVU’s growing esports teams and learn how esports events influence the industry and vice versa. The intention of this organization is to have all students who join leave with a full understanding of the esports industry so that they may enter the workforce upon graduation.
