Who We Are
We are a not-for-profit organization providing direct care and support to patients with terminal or life-limiting conditions who want to have a quality of life when nearing the final phase of life. Our focus is symptom management and spiritual comfort. Doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, spiritual counselors, and VOLUNTEERS make a difference through hospice care and services. Support is also provided to family members and loved ones of the patient.
What We Do
Volunteers provide a multitude of services to support the patient and their loved ones. Support can be administrative or direct service in the home (private home, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility). Some volunteers support Memorial services and other events. Hours are flexible and customized to the volunteers gifts, talents, and needs. There are so many opportunities to help. Please contact us to discuss the ways you can give back!
