What We Do
Unleash Tygart is a start-up community and economic development charity, structured as a West Virginia corporation, with a mission to identify and address the high level deficits of Taylor County and the surrounding Tygart Valley region. Incorporated in 2017, Unleash Tygart is registered as a 501(C)(3) public charity with the IRS and is in good standing at both the state and federal levels. As an organization, Unleash Tygart has identified six focus areas for programming that will directly address the high-level deficits within Taylor County, and surrounding communities: Health & Wellness Economic Vitality Community (incl. Standard of Living) Governance Culture & Education Sustainability
