Bramwell Foundation Inc.

The Bramwell Foundation is organized exclusively for the preservation and interpretation of the Heritage and History of Bramwell, West Virginia, within the context of its founding as Capitol of the Historic Coalfield; including for such purposes the acquisition, restoration and operation of properties determined, by the Board of Directors, to be key to preserving its character, history and relevance; as well as, acting to protect its position on the National Register of Historic Places from intrusive elements; and in the best interests of the Foundation; and the making of contributions of money or property to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
