Vision: The Humanities Center at West Virginia University is central to fostering a welcoming, supportive, lively, and creative community of humanistic inquiry across campus. In addition to amplifying the work of scholars within academic departments and schools, the Center advances inter- and trans-disciplinary study, promotes scholarly collaboration, articulates new fields and forms of inquiry, facilitates nontraditional modes and media, and communicates our research publicly and accessibly.
