Light Up The Night is a Lantern & Butterfly Release put on by The Johnny Koon Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund to benefit WVU Medicine Childrens'.
We are looking for volunteers for the following:
lantern lighting, game monitoring, monitoring bouncy house, photo booth, face painting, and tear down at the end of the night.
There will be a meal provided for all volunteers and drinks. Volunteers should arrive around 6:00pm and expect to leave no later than 10:15pm. We recommend you bring water, bug spray, cell phone, a jacket, and money if you would like to enter any raffles.
The mountain line bus does drop off in Westover, but we have arranged transportation for students in the past.
This is a super fun and easy event that will give you 4.5 hours!
