WVU Tech Career Services is in need of volunteers to assist with tasks during the March 6 Career Fair. Our need are listed below. Thank you!
- 8:15am - 11:30am (3-4 volunteers)
- Set up event and parking signs outside
- Set up event signs inside Van Meter
- Set up balloons
- Learn how to check students in using the laptop and name tag printer
- Stand outside to help employers find parking and offer to carry their supplies into the gym
- Follow the map given, and walk employers to their designated table inside Van Meter
- Miscellaneous tasks as given
- 11:30am - 3:30pm (3-4 volunteers)
- Learn how to check students in using the laptop and name tag printer
- Guide employers to lunch/hospitality room
- After event ends at 2pm, help to remove event and parking signs outside
- After event ends at 2pm, help to remove event signs inside Van Meter
- Offer to carry employers supplies back to their vehicles
- Miscellaneous tasks as given
