Be part of something big! Mountaineer Food Bank recently received a very large and generous donation of wonderful brand new clothing for the children of West Virginia. These need to be sorted by size and gender and re-packed to be distributed to food pantries throughout the state. This will be a large scale group service project on campus. The Sunday group will meet on Mountainlair Plaza at 12:15 PM and will be provided transportation to the service site at the Shell Building near the Coliseum.
Please eat breakfast/lunch before reporting. After the service is over, you'll be dismissed to explore campus on your own and may return to the downtown campus via the PRT Station at Engineering (behind the Creative Arts Center).
This is an indoor project but the building may get warm. Dress comfortably! Extra water will be available.
