The Morgantown Public Library System is a constant presence in the city's largest parade of the year: the Christmas Parade. This year it will occur on December 3 at 6:30pm. Volunteers are needed to simply hand out candy as we march down High Street. We do have a store of costumes, if you would like to wear one. From Buzz Lightyear and Woody to Elsa and Anna, there is a costume from all universes. We also ask that volunteers arrive no later than 5:30pm at the Morgantown Public Library (373 Spruce Street).
You will feel the energy of the crowd and the love from the children during this night. This is a need where smiles are needed.
