Hello and welcome to the second part of the Let's Talk series on National Service. There are two parts to this series, the first part of our session was being the info session, and the second part is an engaging activity. If you joined us for the first session, we are happy to have you back to out what you learned in action. For our engaging activity, students will be assisting VISTA Sydni, who works at the WVU RACK Student Food Pantry located in the Mountainlair.
Volunteers will sort and take inventory of recent food donations provided to the food pantry. Through this activity, students will gain experience in how capacity-building works in higher education and how being a VISTA allows you to have a direct impact on campus and in your community.
Volunteers will report to the Vandalia lounge in the Mountainlair at their appointed time and will be escorted to the RACK.

The Rack provides non-perishable and perishable food items to all WVU students who are in need of assistance. Non-perishable items are readily available through Student Engagement and Leadership during its business hours Monday-Friday 8:15am-4:45pm.
