The City of Morgantown is set to host the 8th Annual Gene Vance Jr. Day Celebration. the celebration will begin with live music performance followed by a program honoring military veterans, active duty personnel and those that gave their lives serving their country. the ceremony is free to the public.
Following the ceremony, there will be a run, ride walk event at 12:00 p.m. Those who wish to participate in the run, ride, walk event must register prior to the event All proceeds will go towards the Gene Vance Jr. Foundation in their efforts to help heal the war wounded.
