Staff will dress in Halloween attire and Our Residents will choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners! There will be refreshments and we need volunteers with smiles and holiday costumes to add to the fun!!! There will be a ROCKIN' band there too! The Madison Center provides Skilled Nursing, Medical and Rehabilitative Care for patients and residents. We are located across from University High School on Bakers Ridge Road in Morgantown.
