The REVELxp team seeks team players & self-starters who are excited to be a part of executing elite fan experiences during our tailgates.
Duties and responsibilities:
Greet customers and guests upon arrival to tailgate site
Exhibit outstanding customer service to all guests, vendors, and catering staff
Manage drop off area at the tailgate site
Transport customers’ equipment to their respective tailgate locations
Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs
Assist the General Manager, Deputy GM, and Event Manager with day-specific needs
Ensure proper equipment is correctly corresponds to event layout upon guests' arrival
Work with REVELxp staff to present and/or resolve customer issues on gameday
