OPERATION ACTIVET 5th annual Veterans Bash

This event is our yearly fundraiser for our organization. We will have volunteers in multiple areas throughout the entire building.  We will need help with walking the event and selling raffle tickets, as well as being stationed at tables, possibly selling apparel.  We also understand that some may not feel comfortable around a large group of people.  We can reassign them to our small snack and coffee area, since those items need to be restocked.  Our bash is always catered, so no volunteers have to worry about handling food.  This is now our 5th year of doing this, and the crowds have grown every year.  We could be looking at 575-700 guests this year.  I would like to include that we obviously know that most of the floor raffle games are all different, and can be confusing.  We will be on the floor as well, and are always available to answer any questions that may come up.
