We are looking for about 10-15 volunteers to help us coordinate our annual African night event. Duties and responsibilities may vary among individuals but some tasks we need help with include:
- Checking people in upon arrival
- Set up
- Tear down
- Food distribution
Exact volunteer positions will be assigned upon arrival. The event will take place in the Mountainlair ballrooms. The event lasts from 5 - 10 PM. You are welcome to volunteer for the entire time or for only a particular hour(s) during the 5 - 10 PM timeframe.
