This project supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families visiting the Monongalia County Child Advocacy Center. Volunteers will sanitize toys used throughout the facility to help reduce the spread of germs and maintain health and safety standards.
Toy sanitation will take place bi-weekly on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Responsibilities include collecting toys from designated areas, cleaning and disinfecting them, inspecting items for damage or wear, and organizing toys in their appropriate locations.
By ensuring that toys are regularly cleaned and maintained, volunteers contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and child-friendly space that promotes healing and positive experiences for the children served by the center.
