Johnny Koon Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund

The Johnny Koon Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund was founded in 2011 in memory of Johnny Koon who passed away from brain cancer in 2005. Johnny’s “bring it on” attitude inspired the organization to raise money for brain tumor research at West Virginia University’s Ruby Memorial Hospital. The Johnny Koon Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund’s mission is to help families at WVU Children’s hospital and serve as an ally to the community.
