Appalachian Youth Retention and Development Project

As an organization, we are trying to play our part by giving young minds in Appalachia the resources to enact the change that they are capable of making. We strive to end the loop of Appalachian depopulation at the top step. By providing students with opportunities, insight, and connections within the region, we battle against the assumption that leaving is the only option.

We work to connect students in Appalachia with the professional development resources that are available in our region, or providing those resources if we are able to.
