National Bleeding Disorders Foundation

Who We Are

The Chapter serves people across the state with all bleeding disorders, including hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, rare factor deficiencies, and platelet disorders. We provide education and support to countless families with bleeding disorders, seek to find resources for undiagnosed women with bleeding disorders, and work tirelessly to protect access to healthcare on the state and local level.

What We Do

The West Virginia Chapter of the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, WVNBDF, provides education, support, awareness, and advocacy for the bleeding disorder community. We are the leading resource for West Virginians affected by bleeding disorders. You can count on us to ensure your voice is heard. It’s with your help that we can make a difference.
